This 1963 built Cape Cod style home has been brought back to life, but in a whole new way!
A 40 plus foot front porch is so inviting and the back deck overlooking the lake couldn't be better. LP Siding, black Marvin windows and metal roof really elevated the exterior of the home.
All three levels were reengineered to accommodate the way our homeowners wanted to live in the home giving them larger open spaces to entertain their family and friends featuring different spaces for different purposes.
Two panel doors, shiplap walls, board and batt wainscoting and crown molding help add to the warm Farmhouse period feel.
All bathrooms received tile surrounds and built-in storage.
The kitchen became the new focal point featuring a generous pendant appointed quartz center island, subway tile with contrasting grout backsplash, updated stainless appliances and Farmhouse themed lighting and plumbing fixtures.
Walls were realigned to create a master suite with two spacious walk-in closets and an incredible natural lit master bath with walk-in glass and tile shower.
The creation of an upper level wet bar and lower level kitchenette created multiple spaces for food and drink prep as well as entertaining.
Oh! And the view from the upper level deck is the best view from the house.
