From Traditional to Transitional

Our homeowners updated their already beautiful traditional home with contemporary elements keeping things light and bright throughout. These changes included Cambria quartz countertops and picket backsplashes in both the kitchen and parlor as well as new shaker style cabinet doors and drawers in both spaces. Some new appliances and black light fixtures along with a sophisticated paint color really elevates these hubs of the home.

The master ensuite is spectacular! Only light fixtures and paint were used to bring the master bedroom into harmony with the rest of the home, but the master bath received a major makeover. The tiled bathroom floor and shower walls are a game changer paired with a dreamy above ground soaking tub truly appointing the space - quite a departure from the garden tub. A warm neutral double vanity and nickel plumbing fixtures help to warm up the space even more.

Their traditional staircase is no more. Now, it is a stunning custom-built head turner with black squared iron balusters and maple handrail to tie into the maple hardwood floors. WOW what an entry!

Because this family enjoys bringing friends and family together, they focused on creating areas throughout their home for small to large groups to gather including their spacious well-equipped game and TV room in the lower level.
